Easy to read and straightforward though perhaps too much so. Some facts that stuck:

* 2k steps per mile - try for 10k/day

* Energy density ranges from 0 to 9 cal per gram.

* It is good to raise fiber from a typical 15 g per day to 30.

* Grilled fruit for desert -- perhaps a baked apple.
